Refund and Cancellation Policy for India Smart Tech Conference

Cancellation Policy

  • Registration Cancellations:
  • Full Refund: If you cancel your conference registration at least 30 days before the event start date, you will be eligible for a full refund of your registration fee.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 15 days before the event will receive a partial refund, subject to a 10 % cancellation fee.
  • No Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made within 14 days prior to the event.

Speaker Changes or Event Cancellation

  • In the unlikely event that India Smart Tech Conference must cancel or reschedule the event or make significant changes to the speaker lineup, we will provide registrants with the option to:
  • Transfer their registration to the rescheduled event.
  • Receive a credit for a future India Smart Tech Conference.
  • Request a full refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for registration. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
