Samadhi is an experienced organisational leader and has been involved within the technology and logistics industries for over two decades. She has enjoyed a diverse international career in business management, working in management and Directorship positions.

Samadhi is the CEO of Strike Foundation, a not-for-profit entity formed to hold, manage and commercialise the intellectual property (IP) rights of inventor Malcolm Bendall. Strike Foundation is charged with commercializing the IP of Mr. Bendall through licensing, ventures, joint ventures, and manufacturing.
